Own the full enterprise sales cycle across DACH for Kestra Enterprise Edition: prospecting, discovery, demos with Solution Engineers, negotiation, and close. Build pipeline from outbound, inbound, and community sources, map decision-makers, collaborate with product and developer advocates, and maintain accurate forecasts and CRM hygiene.

Own product marketing for Kestra's infrastructure and cloud automation segment: define narrative, create technical and go-to-market content, enable sales and solutions engineering, gather market and customer intelligence, and translate open-source traction into enterprise positioning.

Build and run an end-to-end developer influencer program: source and score creators, negotiate deals, brief and review placements, track performance via UTMs and dashboards, manage creator relationships and expansions, test adjacent channels, and document a repeatable playbook to drive sign-ups and ROI.

Build and run Kestra's partner program end-to-end: design tiers and onboarding, sign and enable technology and consulting partners, coordinate integrations with Product/Engineering, run co-marketing and co-sell motions, maintain partner pipeline and KPIs, and operate the Kestra Partner Ecosystem Catalog to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

Build and maintain authentic presence for Kestra across developer communities. Engage in technical discussions, create helpful content, surface product feedback to engineers, and cultivate relationships with creators to drive awareness and trust in orchestration tooling.

Serve as the technical counterpart to sales for DACH enterprise deals: lead technical discovery, run tailored demos and POCs, design reference architectures and demos, advise on deployment/security/scaling, liaise with engineering/product teams, and contribute technical sales collateral.
