Own end-to-end product quality across web applications, REST APIs, iOS and Android mobile applications, backend services, and data pipelines. Design and execute manual, exploratory, regression, API, and data validation testing; document test cases and defects; identify edge cases; coordinate with engineering, product, mobile, platform, and research teams; triage customer issues; and serve as the final quality gate for releases.

Own full-cycle new customer acquisition for SMB and mid-market accounts, from outbound prospecting and qualification through demonstrations, trials, negotiation, and close. The role also contributes to sales playbooks, collaborates cross-functionally, and requires occasional territory travel.

Owns post-sale technical relationships with enterprise and public-sector customers, including MDM/UEM deployments, integrations, adoption, technical reviews, issue resolution, threat guidance, documentation, renewals, and product feedback.
