Lead cross-team product engineering initiatives spanning web, desktop, mobile, embedded integrations, APIs, and AI capabilities. Build scalable full-stack systems using React, TypeScript, Python, and Postgres, including agent harnesses, retrieval, tool calling, memory, workflows, and evaluation systems. Design and scale global onboarding curricula, facilitator playbooks, LMS content, and operational systems. Own EMEA onboarding facilitation, adapt programs for regional needs, collaborate with Recruiting, Legal, L&D, and Enablement, and improve programs using new-hire and facilitator feedback. Support onboarding automation and maintain accurate curriculum documentation while helping the organization expand into new markets.

Provides frontline technical support to enterprise customers across AI output quality, application access, APIs, authentication, and error logs. Resolves issues empathetically, manages competing priorities, escalates complex problems, documents customer feedback, maintains product knowledge, and improves support processes and materials. The role follows a fixed Wednesday-Sunday hybrid schedule.

Own a high-volume technical support queue and serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues. Troubleshoot APIs, integrations, and system behavior; lead customer calls; manage bugs through resolution; and partner with Product and Engineering. Mentor peers, improve documentation and playbooks, identify recurring issues, and recommend product, tooling, and process improvements while maintaining strong customer communication and empathy.

Develop and execute editorial, campaign, and social content that advances Harvey’s brand and business goals. Write and edit varied formats, translate complex legal and technical concepts into compelling narratives, support content-led campaigns, develop distribution strategies, apply SEO insights, analyze performance data, and maintain a consistent brand voice across channels.

Provide strategic, proactive executive support to senior leaders: manage complex calendars and inboxes, triage requests, prepare meetings and materials, coordinate stakeholders, plan travel, handle confidential information, and support strategic projects to maximize executive leverage and drive business outcomes.

Lead EMEA mid-market sales managers and own regional net-new and expansion ARR targets. Set sales strategy, territory and coverage models, forecasting, pipeline health, hiring, coaching, and leadership development. Partner with marketing, solutions engineering, legal, and customer success to refine the regional sales motion and customer experience. The role requires scaling a high-performing organization across EMEA while supporting complex software sales to legal and professional-services clients.

Lead Harvey’s Admin product design and Platform design system teams. Drive strategy, customer-centered workflows, knowledge management, governance, AI tooling, and high-quality product experiences. Build and develop a team of product designers, establish design standards, guide cross-functional execution with Product and Engineering, and influence company-wide design practices, operating models, and culture.
