Build relationships with decision-makers, deliver tailored demos, meet revenue targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape solutions and scale sales processes.

Own adoption and value realization for 40+ mid-market legal and in-house customers. Lead implementations, training, enablement, and playbook creation; monitor health metrics to drive renewals and expansion. Act as trusted advisor, gather product feedback, and scale 1:many success programs.

Build and maintain shared frontend infrastructure, design system, and developer tooling to improve developer velocity, performance, reliability, and scalability. Partner with product, design, and infra teams to define frontend architecture, drive adoption of platform systems, and reduce lifecycle friction across Harvey's user-facing applications.

Lead and scale Harvey's Legal Engineering teams across EMEA, managing Legal Engineering Managers, building operating systems and processes, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success, advising law firm and legal department leaders, and driving organizational performance and talent development.
