Guide enterprise and law-firm clients through Harvey’s AI adoption by leading workflow implementation, training users, managing relationships, tracking adoption and customer health metrics, driving engagement and ROI, identifying renewal and expansion opportunities, and relaying customer feedback to internal teams. The role requires strategic stakeholder influence, consultative communication, prioritization, and occasional travel.

Create motion concepts, storyboards, style frames, animatics, and final assets for Harvey’s brand, products, launches, web, campaigns, education, events, and storytelling. Develop reusable motion systems and workflows, simplify complex AI concepts visually, collaborate with Brand, Product Marketing, Product Design, and GTM teams, and maintain high craft standards while handling both strategic and fast-turnaround production work.

Serves as the primary legal advisor for marketing and communications, reviewing promotional claims, advertising, web and social content, email campaigns, events, and press materials. Advises on advertising compliance, privacy, data protection, targeted marketing, and consumer protection in the U.S. and internationally. Partners with Marketing, Communications, and Commercial teams, negotiates marketing agreements, and provides practical, business-oriented guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Serves as the primary legal partner for marketing and communications, reviewing promotional claims, advertising, product announcements, social media, email, sales enablement, events, and press materials. Advises on consumer protection, privacy, targeted advertising, and direct-to-consumer marketing issues in the U.S. and internationally. Partners with Marketing, Communications, and Commercial teams to negotiate marketing agreements and provide practical, timely guidance in a fast-paced environment.

Review promotional claims, advertising, web copy, social media, email campaigns, sales enablement, events, and press materials for accuracy, substantiation, privacy, and compliance. Advise on targeted advertising and direct-to-consumer marketing, partner with Marketing and Communications leadership, and draft and negotiate global marketing commercial agreements in a fast-paced environment.
