Own and develop the company’s finance function, including financial controls, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, audit coordination, invoicing, and process improvement. Own and deliver business-critical Boomi integrations connecting ticketing, marketing, ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other internal platforms. Responsibilities include designing integration flows, monitoring and troubleshooting data movement, implementing logging and alerting, maintaining documentation and version control, collaborating with developers and vendors, and contributing to future middleware architecture decisions.

Develop and evaluate machine learning, embedding, and LLM-based methods for large-scale entity resolution. Improve matching of complex business records using scoring, ranking, NLP, classification, clustering, and similarity techniques. Define benchmarks, metrics, experiments, and error analyses to measure quality improvements. Partner with engineering teams to productionize successful models while balancing accuracy, scalability, cost, latency, and explainability.
