Edit and prepare video content for a high-performing personal finance channel. Responsibilities include derushing footage, assembling recurring formats, adapting long-form videos into shorts and reels, managing exports and file organization, maintaining project hygiene, and improving AI-assisted production workflows. The intern will also contribute ideas for pacing, sound design, motion, and thumbnails while receiving mentorship from senior editors.

Execute full-funnel growth initiatives across content, SEO, CRM, paid marketing, partnerships, PR, and brand channels. Build dashboards and reports, automate repetitive marketing and data workflows, use AI extensively, and provide data-driven recommendations. The role requires shipping measurable work from week one, supporting subscriber conversion and qualified lead generation for Finary One.
