Build Factory’s customer marketing function from the ground up. Partner with sales leadership to define targets, diagnose performance, improve Salesforce and GTM systems, build financial models, and drive cross-functional initiatives. Present recommendations to senior leadership while using AI to automate reporting, analysis, and deal support.

Own Factory’s growth strategy, activation metric, and self-serve product offering, including pricing, packaging, and success evaluation. Lead the roadmap across major product areas, partner with customers and engineering, use data to identify pain points, and ship AI-powered development features. Collaborate across engineering, Marketing, BizOps, and Deployment while developing scalable product processes and supporting enterprise and product-led growth motions.

Own the roadmap and development of major Factory product areas focused on scaling AI-powered software engineering for enterprise customers. Partner with customers, executives, engineering, research, sales, and deployment teams to identify needs, prioritize features, ship technical products, and drive adoption. Establish scalable product processes while helping enterprises govern AI usage, manage costs, measure ROI, and codify software development knowledge and best practices.

Build and scale Factory’s partner marketing function from the ground up. Develop joint campaigns, events, enablement, account-based programs, MDF operations, partner engagement, and attribution frameworks across cloud, AI, systems integration, and technology partners. Collaborate with sales, alliances, product marketing, and field marketing to generate partner-sourced pipeline, accelerate deals, measure ROI, and improve execution through AI and automation.

Build and lead Factory’s Mid-Market Solutions Engineering team, hiring and coaching engineers while establishing lifecycle processes for discovery, demos, pilots, security reviews, production rollout, adoption, and expansion. Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering; manage technical win rates and pilot outcomes; support complex customer evaluations and deployments; and represent field insights internally.

Lead Factory’s developer relations strategy across technical content, community, events, partnerships, and social channels. Build tutorials, demos, documentation, sample applications, and case studies; represent Factory publicly; grow developer communities; develop ecosystem partnerships; gather product feedback; and measure developer adoption, engagement, and retention. The role requires strong technical credibility, familiarity with AI-powered development, exceptional communication skills, and close collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Own technical customer relationships throughout enterprise evaluations, pilots, deployments, expansion, and ongoing success. Lead proofs of concept, architect integrations with CI/CD and development workflows, troubleshoot customer environments, and translate technical needs into product feedback. Partner with account executives to drive revenue, build champions, and expand adoption across teams. The role requires coding, scripting, debugging, enterprise deal-cycle experience, and up to 50% travel.

Own Factory’s website end to end, including visual direction, layouts, prototyping, frontend development, animation, accessibility, performance, launches, and ongoing improvements. Build product pages, campaign experiences, interactive demonstrations, and reusable components while partnering with Design, Marketing, and Product. Use analytics, feedback, and experimentation to improve engagement and conversion.
