Drive enterprise sales across Italy for ElevenLabs' conversational and voice AI platforms. Build and manage accounts, lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, develop account strategies, translate AI capabilities into business value for C‑suite, and partner with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to onboard and expand customers.

Perform outbound B2B prospecting for the DACH market: research leads, run multi-channel outreach (calls, email, social), qualify opportunity-sized lists, book net-new meetings, collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership, monitor KPIs, and iterate on outreach strategies to improve conversion.

Build and manage regional partner ecosystem (SIs, cloud providers, VARs, consultancies) to generate pipeline, support Enterprise Sales to close deals, exceed revenue targets, and act as primary partner contact while aligning regional activities with global strategy.

Own key components of the monthly close including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, flux analysis, and financial reporting. Work with the Controller to build audit-ready, SOX-capable processes across multi-entity operations and support IPO readiness in a fast-growing, controls-conscious environment.

Partner with go-to-market teams to build automations, processes, dashboards, and analytics that streamline sales operations, inform experimentation, and drive revenue growth. Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and cross-functional teams, implement end-to-end solutions, and lead reporting and KPI design.

Lead and scale the U.S. commercial AE organization: set GTM strategy, quotas, territories, coach AEs, own strategic deals, monitor pipeline and forecast, define sales playbooks for voice AI/API, and align cross-functionally to drive revenue and product feedback.

Own global indirect tax end-to-end: filings, payments, reconciliations, journal entries, exemption certificates, audits, and tax configuration in billing/tax engines. Partner with Finance, Legal, and Product on product taxability, invoicing, and new-market compliance while building scalable processes and implementations.
