The role is remote from Singapore and requires fluent English and Mandarin.

Own ElevenLabs’ full-funnel growth experimentation program across landing pages, onboarding, activation, pricing, and monetization. Use product and funnel analytics to identify opportunities, prioritize tests, design and evaluate experiments, manage tracking and reporting, and drive measurable subscription, pipeline, and revenue growth. Coordinate paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around a shared optimization roadmap.

Build ElevenLabs’ North American partner marketing function from the ground up. Develop joint go-to-market programs with hyperscalers, systems integrators, and technology partners; manage co-branded campaigns, events, MDF budgets, partner enablement, cloud marketplace and co-sell programs. Establish playbooks, build trusted partner relationships, and measure partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. The role operates remotely across North America and may expand into broader alliances marketing or B2B marketing leadership.

Drive revenue strategy and go-to-market operations across EMEA by building automations, standardized processes, dashboards, reports, and KPI systems. Partner with sales, data, product, and leadership teams to improve execution, analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and test new workflows. The role requires end-to-end process ownership, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous operational improvement.
