The Solutions Engineer will help scale ElevenLabs' AI platform, collaborating with sales teams, creating technical solutions, and supporting customers in integrating technology.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist, you will engage with strategic customers, identify audio AI needs, and implement innovative solutions. Key responsibilities include designing integrations, guiding best practices, presenting findings, and managing major projects for partners, all while collaborating with various teams to enhance AI applications.

The Finance & Strategy analyst will manage financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic analysis to support product and operations teams, driving decision-making and investment planning for growth at ElevenLabs.

Own and grow a portfolio of US enterprise accounts for ElevenCreative, leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building territory and account strategies, partnering cross-functionally to onboard and expand accounts, and representing the product at events. Focus on closing six-figure deals with 3–6 month cycles while translating AI creative capabilities into measurable business value for senior buyers.

Build and run the outbound sales engine for Canada as the founding SDR: define target accounts and messaging, execute account-based outreach using AI-assisted workflows, generate pipeline from in-market events, collaborate with AEs to refine playbooks, and report on outreach KPIs.

Lead and scale B2B demand generation in Colombia: build integrated campaigns (ABM, content, events, webinars, outbound), localize global messaging, partner with sales and product teams, own pipeline and performance, and use data-driven experimentation to optimize results.

Build and scale ElevenLabs' Commercial Partners Programme in France by recruiting, enabling, and activating resellers, SIs, consultancies and hyperscaler partners. Design 0->1 partner incentives and enablement, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, run joint account planning and co-sell motions, and meet regional growth targets.

Sell ElevenLabs' conversational and voice AI platforms to large Belgian enterprises. Build and expand strategic accounts, lead complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, craft business cases, and collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to drive adoption and expansion across regulated industries.

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll enhance technical sales processes, support customer integration, and create enablement resources while working closely with clients.
