Partner with the GM of Canada to drive commercial strategy and revenue operations: forecasting, pipeline hygiene, performance reporting, deal execution, cross-team coordination, process building, and use of AI tools to automate workflows while managing sensitive matters and scaling the Canadian organization.

Manage and grow enterprise accounts across France and Benelux, identify new opportunities for conversational and voice AI, close complex seven‑figure deals, develop account strategies, partner with customer success and solutions engineering, and advise clients on generative AI and voice agent use cases.

Embedded with strategic customers to design and deliver end-to-end technical integrations using ElevenLabs' technologies. Own major projects, collaborate with customer engineers and executives, build scalable solutions, and solve complex problems using software development, architecture, and API integrations.

Partner with strategic customers to identify high-impact AI agent use cases, drive end-to-end deals and deployments of ElevenAgents, prototype integrations, embed with customer teams, guide production readiness, and feed field insights back to product and research.

Lead APAC communications to build and protect ElevenLabs' regional reputation. Develop and execute regional comms strategy and creative campaigns across media, social, and events; translate global news into local narratives; manage agencies; build media and influencer relationships; support executives with interviews and speaking; identify and mitigate reputational risks; partner with cross-functional teams to enable market expansion.
