Lead end-to-end ERP implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients: discover requirements, design product configurations and data models, manage integrations and migrations, run UAT and go-live, build platform capabilities, and maintain director-level client relationships to drive retention and expansion while leveraging AI tools to automate delivery.

Own applied AI end-to-end: select and operate foundation models, build Dossbot for natural-language ops and automation, create AI-assisted schema/workflow tooling, design permission-aware agentic automations, and implement evals and observability for safe production use.

Own paid acquisition end-to-end across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta: set strategy, execute campaigns, run rigorous A/B experiments, measure funnel metrics, optimize CAC, launch and scale channels, and report pipeline and efficiency to Growth leadership while collaborating with product marketing, sales, and design.

The Account Executive will sell our core platform to Mid-Market businesses, manage inbound prospects, and identify account expansion opportunities, working closely with the CEO and shaping the sales organization.
