The role collaborates across Sales, Marketing, and Operations while supporting sales operations and client handoffs.

Build internal web tools and maintain data acquisition and processing pipelines for alternative investment data. Automate financial data extraction, apply traditional and generative AI processing methods, monitor automation quality, improve data accuracy and efficiency, maintain scripts, and troubleshoot errors while partnering across teams.

Rotational entry-level operations role supporting client onboarding, investment data reconciliation, document collection, process execution, problem-solving, and workflow improvements across Implementation, Client Success, and Data Operations. Associates receive mentorship, leadership development, and increasing ownership while developing a broad understanding of the business.

Generates and qualifies outbound and inbound sales leads across financial services markets. Conducts prospecting through email, phone, and LinkedIn; researches accounts; schedules meetings; maintains Salesforce pipeline data; supports campaigns, events, sales materials, and sales operations. Tracks performance metrics, improves outreach messaging, maintains sales tools, and collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support the lead-to-deal process.

Lead and develop a team of Account Executives to drive new ARR across financial services. Own team quota, forecast, and pipeline; coach on discovery, demos, outbound prospecting, and deal execution; run pipeline reviews and deal strategy; recruit and onboard talent; partner cross-functionally to unblock deals; and surface customer feedback to improve the product.
