Manage full enterprise sales cycle for Conversational AI platform: generate pipeline via outbounding, qualify leads, negotiate and close deals (including seven-figure contracts), drive renewals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build C-suite relationships to shape GTM motion and customer success.

Partner with CRO/CCO to own GTM planning, sales capacity modeling, commission design, and GTM financial modeling (pipeline, ARR, churn). Drive quarterly and annual GTM planning, define GTM KPIs (CAC, payback, sales efficiency), and build forecasting/reporting with RevOps and BI tools to inform leadership and board decisions.
