Leads and scales Crux’s partnerships program across referral, product-enabled, and research initiatives. Manages institutional relationships, partner acquisition, enablement, commercial agreements, platform adoption, events, and thought leadership. Builds scalable operating infrastructure, attribution models, and performance metrics while coordinating across product, research, legal, commercial, content, events, and operations teams. Leads four direct reports and expands the partnership organization.

Build relationships with attorneys and firm BD, marketing, and innovation teams; develop joint content, events, briefings, and intelligence programs; support platform adoption and industry-standard documentation; maintain relationship data and playbooks; and collaborate cross-functionally to advance capital markets growth. The role is highly autonomous, involves approximately 25% travel, and requires legal-industry fluency, commercial judgment, and strong relationship-building skills.

Build and manage institutional capital relationships with insurers, private credit funds, pensions, sovereign wealth funds, and infrastructure investors. Originate and develop debt, preferred equity, tax equity, structured finance, joint venture, and separately managed vehicle opportunities. Shape investor strategies, align transactions with mandates, support execution, provide market insights, and expand recurring multi-product capital programs. Represent Crux through industry engagement while collaborating with structuring, legal, and business teams.

Lead underwriting and advisory for renewable tax credit transactions, evaluate eligibility and risk, build underwriting policies and a high-performing team, collaborate with developers and internal teams, and cultivate relationships with large tax credit buyers.
