Lead the strategy and execution of major brand events at Column, ensuring every experience aligns with the company's identity. Responsibilities include event production, logistics management, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance employee engagement and client relationships.

Lead end-to-end risk-based audits across core banking and technology, focusing on IT/security, cloud-native infrastructure, SDLC, BSA/AML, third-party risk, and regulatory requirements. Partner with engineering, InfoSec, and business teams to surface risks, automate testing with analytics/AI, report to leadership, and manage audit delivery.

Lead and scale the bank's Legal Operations: design the operating model, own legal technology and AI-assisted workflows, run contract lifecycle and knowledge management, manage outside counsel and legal spend, build KPIs/dashboards, and drive cross-functional adoption to increase Legal team capacity and speed.

Manage strategic customer relationships for customers building credit and lending products on Column. Own onboarding, growth, and expansion; apply credit and capital markets expertise to assess risk, reserves, underwriting, and capital structures; partner with Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Solutions Engineering; create playbooks and processes; represent customer voice to inform product and go-to-market strategy while ensuring regulatory and banking safety practices.
