Responsible for managing Cognition's paid media campaigns, optimizing performance across multiple channels, and scaling budget from early traction to $1M+/month. Requires hands-on experience in digital marketing and ad management.

The Brand Marketer will strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns, coordinate product launches, and create compelling messaging and content for developers.

Own and scale People Operations infrastructure, including HR systems, onboarding, benefits, immigration, compliance, policies, employee relations, reporting, and cross-functional processes. Partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, IT, Recruiting, vendors, and employees to build scalable programs and controls for a rapidly growing, international workforce.

Support three Sales VPs by managing complex calendars, domestic and international travel, leadership meetings, customer visits, communications, expenses, budgets, and confidential information. Coordinate with Sales, GTM Operations, Recruiting, Marketing, and the EA team while proactively resolving conflicts and anticipating executive needs in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Lead Cognition's engagement with policymakers and regulators on AI. Monitor policy developments, develop positions and briefings, advise executives, represent the company in forums, build stakeholder relationships, translate technical capabilities into policy narratives, and identify public-private partnership and regulatory risks affecting product and strategy.

Own technical customer lifecycle from deployment through activation: design demos and pilots, identify use cases, integrate Devin with engineering teams, deliver training and enablement, build product features from customer feedback, and influence roadmap to drive adoption.

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise customers in LATAM: source, close, activate accounts, surface technical product feedback, work cross-functionally with engineering and product, and grow Cognition's revenue by deploying Devin in large tech organizations.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle in LATAM for an applied-AI software product, close and activate customers, surface technical feedback to product and engineering, and drive revenue and pipeline growth by working with C-suite, technical, procurement, and legal stakeholders.

Provide deep technical support for customers using AI developer products by reproducing, diagnosing, and resolving environment-specific issues across codebases, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containers, APIs, and developer tooling. Perform root-cause analysis, communicate findings, escalate with full context, create playbooks and automations, and support release testing to improve reliability and adoption.

Customer-facing technical engineer who deploys and integrates Devin into production, leads demos and pilots, identifies high-impact use cases, implements customer-requested features, drives adoption, and serves as the primary technical partner to engineering teams.
