Owns Cognition’s end-to-end EMEA marketing strategy, including brand presence, demand generation, account-based marketing, events, customer case studies, localization, and partner marketing. The role aligns marketing with regional sales priorities, develops co-marketing and go-to-market programs with resellers and systems integrators, translates complex AI products for enterprise and technical audiences, and tracks pipeline contribution and regional marketing performance.

Owns end-to-end LATAM marketing across Brazil and Mexico, including brand, demand generation, ABM, partner marketing, events, localization, customer case studies, and pipeline reporting. Partners with sales, account teams, HQ marketing, resellers, systems integrators, and platform partners to build regional programs and market presence. Translates complex AI and developer products into compelling messaging for enterprise buyers and technical audiences.

Coordinate R&D recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling, candidate hosting, communications, ATS management, hiring analytics, events, and process improvements. Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, researchers, engineers, and leadership to keep hiring organized, candidate-focused, and scalable in a fast-changing AI environment.

Own end-to-end recruiting for go-to-market roles across Japan and Singapore. Build talent maps, source and close passive candidates, advise hiring leaders, define hiring processes, analyze recruiting data, and strengthen scalable talent practices. The role requires fluency in Japanese and English, strong knowledge of technology markets, high ownership, and experience hiring exceptional commercial talent in competitive environments.

Coordinate international recruiting across APAC, Japan, and MENA by scheduling interviews, supporting candidates, maintaining ATS data, collecting feedback, and coordinating offers. Support international onboarding, offboarding, employee data, compliance tracking, and global people policies. Help standardize recruiting and HR workflows, report on hiring metrics, identify process gaps, and contribute to scalable people initiatives across regions.
