Build and operate reliable full-stack DevTools and AI reliability software using Vue.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Golang, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and AWS. Use AI coding agents throughout development, engage directly with developer and SRE customers, identify and solve reliability problems, own features from discovery through production, and participate in support and on-call rotations within a remote async-first team.

Own product strategy and initiatives for Checkly’s DevTools SaaS focused on AI-native software reliability. Own technical evaluations and implementations for Checkly across pre- and post-sales. Demonstrate the platform, solve customer reliability and monitoring problems, build proof-of-concepts, and guide successful adoption. Collaborate with engineering and product teams using customer feedback, improve technical documentation and processes, and provide occasional customer support. The role requires strong coding and debugging skills, customer empathy, autonomy, and experience in sales or solutions engineering within DevTools SaaS.
