Design, build, and maintain Linux-based datacenter infrastructure using IaC and automation. Provide 2nd/3rd-level support, performance tuning, monitoring, and documentation. Drive adoption of Terraform/Ansible, manage OpenShift and enterprise storage, and evaluate emerging infrastructure technologies.

Lead requirements gathering, design, and implementation of SaaS analytics dashboards using data from Workday, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. Produce functional specifications and Amazon QuickSight mockups, collaborate with Snowflake-backed technical teams, support testing/UAT, manage defects, create training/docs, and mentor citizen developers across Finance, HR, Legal, Projects, and Procurement.

Lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into functional Workday specifications, configure Workday modules, coordinate solution design and integrations, support UAT and change management, create training and support documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR, Finance, Procurement, and Projects-related Workday solutions on time and within budget.

Support product management with market and competitive research, analyze product and financial performance, maintain KPIs and dashboards, document requirements and user stories, gather customer feedback, assist testing and stakeholder communications to inform the product roadmap.

Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to gather, validate, and document requirements; advise stakeholders on system solutions; optimize workflows; translate BRDs into technical specs; oversee vendor/data integrations; design test cases and coordinate UAT and training; and support project scoping, timeline estimation, and risk management.
