Provides exceptional customer service as the first point of contact at a wholesale sales counter. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, preparing quotes, researching products, verifying availability, maintaining customer relationships, restocking the counter area, preparing and shipping orders, and coordinating shipping priorities with carriers and internal and external customers.

Manages assigned general ledger accounts, performs month-end and quarter-end close activities, prepares journal entries, reconciles balance sheet and income statement accounts, and supports GAAP and SOX compliance. The Accountant also identifies process improvements, develops accounting procedures, assists with projects, and collaborates with the Accounting Manager and finance team.

Manage day-to-day Workday Learning (LMS) operations, user and content administration, reporting, onboarding programs, and stakeholder learning/talent projects. Support Workday migration, analyze data for improvements, maintain learning portal, and help design tailored learning solutions.

Process and price customer orders, prepare quotes, enter orders accurately, coordinate deliveries with external sales and warehouse, respond to customer inquiries, upsell products to meet sales targets, and follow company safety policies.
