Receive, count, and store incoming items; record receiving data in company software; pack/unpack and mark stock; identify shortages or incorrect shipments; liaise with vendors and purchasing; deliver products to designated areas and file purchase orders.

Generate and qualify sales leads via phone and email, prepare quotes and proposals, price products using pricing matrices, maintain inventory and monitor turns, track orders and resolve customer service issues, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely shipments and customer satisfaction.
