Drive regional trade expansion and sales for masonry and civil/sitework products by identifying projects, building contractor/engineer relationships, coordinating with field teams and suppliers, developing business plans, supporting bids/specifications, delivering technical presentations and training, and ensuring profitable execution of strategic initiatives.

Manage and grow sales within an assigned customer base through prospecting, cross-selling, relationship building, forecasting, and resolving customer service issues.
