Manage and implement HR strategy, policies, and programs; coordinate HR projects and processes; handle HR operations (performance management, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes); lead recruiting and staffing efforts; utilize HRIS/cloud HR tools; ensure employment law compliance; provide 2nd-level support and non-routine analytics; plan team work and exercise independent judgment on assigned processes.
