Lead process integration across front-end modules and back-end assembly to sustain and improve diode product yield. Troubleshoot fab issues, perform failure analysis, drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects, collaborate with Quality, Process, Purchasing and R&D to implement new technologies and resolve customer quality issues.

Lead and implement R&D strategy, budgets, and programs; plan and coordinate technology research and product development; manage pre-industrialization and test campaigns; lead lab staff, evaluate results, produce research reports and recommendations; represent R&D to customers and partners.

Perform product and process engineering for semiconductor/passive component manufacturing: prototype fabrication, design/test fixture development, production troubleshooting, process improvements, documentation, customer interaction, and occasional field travel to resolve product issues.

Lead development and execution of IC characterization strategies (ATE and bench), accelerated lifetime and temperature testing, HW support design, lab and ATE automation, data discipline and issue tracking, collaborate with design and test teams for root-cause analysis, and plan and report project progress while mentoring team members.

Manage incoming goods receipt, inspection, documentation, storage and data entry. Oversee stock maintenance and inventory. Lead assigned logistics teams, assign tasks, plan short-term resources, and initiate problem-solving for process issues.
