Lead and manage all branch operations for Uline's Washington facility, overseeing warehouse, customer service, sales, HR, IT and facilities. Ensure high service standards, maintain a 1-million-square-foot distribution center, support recruitment and retention, provide hands-on senior leadership, supervise personnel, and drive accountability through performance feedback.

Manage and grow existing accounts and prospect for new business across the San Jose territory. Plan weekly activities, conduct on-site customer visits, create solutions using Uline's product catalog, meet sales goals, and participate in training and mentorship programs.

Lead and develop a sales team of 8–10 reps: recruit, train, coach, and manage. Conduct joint sales calls, work strategic accounts, implement sales strategies with national managers, monitor and analyze sales goals, and travel frequently within the territory.

Analyze operational data for Canada and Mexico, develop and maintain reporting, prepare data-driven memos with recommendations, represent international branches in corporate initiatives, and collaborate with analysts to identify trends and share best practices.

Identify and classify imports/exports, create and run audit processes, respond to customs and government inquiries, manage trade compliance programs, research regulatory/licensing requirements, train teams, and ensure audit readiness for international shipments.

Analyze and improve manual operational processes, define problem scope, develop process-improvement solutions using Excel/VBA, create queries and reports, and present findings to drive automation and efficiency.
