Processes ARC capital markets transactions accurately across systems, including account setup, loan setup, trade tickets, settlements, and principal and interest payments. Provides internal and external customer service, researches and resolves issues, maintains records and reports, follows regulatory controls, and supports process knowledge sharing. Works independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment while managing multiple requests and learning new banking systems.

Processes international banking transactions, including wire transfers, foreign currency trades, settlements, checks, account data, and OFAC-related decisions.
