The Talent Acquisition Partner manages full-cycle recruiting across multiple states, proactively sources candidates, builds diverse talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers, and supports strategic workforce planning. Leads accounting advisory and strategic programs across finance transformation, audit readiness, M&A accounting, SOX 404 controls, technical accounting, and SEC reporting. Supports the Chief Accounting Officer, coordinates external audit activities, evaluates acquisition targets, oversees accounting integration, remediates control deficiencies, and advises leadership on complex U.S. GAAP matters and public-company reporting requirements.

The Senior Accountant will manage financial close and reporting activities, consolidate data across multiple entities, prepare U.S. GAAP and SEC financial statements, and conduct technical accounting research. Responsibilities include intercompany reconciliations, elimination entries, accounting standards implementation, reporting system support, M&A integration, purchase accounting, SOX 404 compliance, and coordination with auditors and valuation specialists.

Supports daily accounting and project accounting operations, including accounts payable review, project setup, contract reconciliations, payment authorization, lien documentation, journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end and year-end close, audit support, and discrepancy resolution. Maintains financial and employee records, collaborates with cross-functional teams, ensures compliance and deadlines, and identifies process improvements using systems such as CMiC, Textura, and Workday.

The role is remote or hybrid with travel as needed.

The Site Quality Manager oversees quality assurance and control activities at solar project sites, ensuring compliance with quality standards and managing inspection teams.

Lead enterprise risk management, insurance and surety programs, claims oversight, alternative risk financing (including captives), and cross-functional loss-reduction initiatives. Advise executive leadership, manage renewals and brokers, analyze claims and KRIs, negotiate contract risk provisions, and partner with Safety, Fleet, Finance, and legal to reduce total cost of risk.
