Handle inbound customer and internal telephone inquiries about deposit and loan accounts, account maintenance, debit card actions, and online/mobile banking. Detect fraud, provide accurate product and operational information, generate written correspondence, make occasional outbound calls, refer account openings to bankers, support training, and act as shift lead when needed.

Support Treasury Management Sales Officers by onboarding clients, managing and verifying account documentation, coordinating with operations teams, resolving discrepancies, maintaining policies/procedures, reducing fraud risk, and using bank systems to process requests and support client relationships.

Analyze transaction and account data to support BSA/AML and OFAC compliance. Monitor alerts, review OFAC/CTR cases, ensure documentation (CIP/CDD), escalate suspicious activity, and support reporting and training.

Lead implementation and configuration of credit systems (nCino, Salesforce) and develop credit risk reporting and analytics. Assess and redesign credit administration workflows, manage smaller credit projects, support large PMO-led initiatives, ensure SOX/GLBA compliance and data integrity, create reports/dashboards, provide training and post-go-live support, and act as subject-matter expert for audits.
