Supports and maintains the HRIS, including configuration, business process improvement, data integrity, reporting, testing, upgrades, documentation, and issue resolution. Partners with HR stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business needs into system functionality, enhance user experience, and support audits and security. Requires a four-year business or human resources-related degree and two to five years of general and specialized HRIS experience; Workday experience is preferred.

Manages full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, sourcing, offers, background checks, hiring-manager advising, career fairs, and onboarding coordination. Maintains the ATS and recruitment records, supports affirmative-action recruiting, develops sourcing communications, mentors recruiters, and represents the organization at recruiting events. Travel to branch locations and job fairs is required approximately 20% of the time.

Manages delinquent mortgage accounts and loss mitigation workflows, including hardship requests, payment relief, loan modifications, bankruptcy documentation, foreclosures, and repayment plans. Communicates with borrowers, attorneys, courts, vendors, and internal departments; prepares notices and legal documents; reviews credit and property information; attends hearings; and ensures compliance with UDAAP and applicable policies.

Manages credit-system implementations, configurations, reporting, analytics, workflow redesign, testing, change management, and post-go-live support. Partners with senior leadership, PMO, auditors, and regulatory agencies while maintaining SOX, GLBA, data-integrity, and credit-system controls. Develops dashboards and reports using Salesforce, nCino, BusinessObjects, Excel, Access, and related tools; provides training, documentation, and project delivery oversight.

Supports consumer compliance risk management for a bank by conducting regulatory, third-party, product, and service risk assessments; monitoring complaints; researching regulations; identifying systemic issues; preparing dashboards and management reports; guiding business lines; supporting training, testing, marketing reviews, procedures, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Assists with general ledger management, accruals, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analysis, reporting, and GAAP compliance. Supports audits, accounting policy and procedure updates, system improvements, business planning, and special analytical projects. Provides direction and training to accounting staff and interns, coordinates team assignments, and helps resolve unusual account activity or variances.

Manages the bank’s enterprise risk management framework, governance programs, centralized issue management, policy oversight, regulatory change management, and new product risk reviews. Prepares risk reports for executives and the Board Risk Committee, coordinates audits and regulatory examinations, monitors emerging risks, supports enterprise training, and advises business leaders on regulatory and risk-management matters.

Leads Treasury Management initiatives, system implementations, process improvements, vendor relationships, and organizational change efforts. Analyzes performance, client behavior, operational trends, risks, and service data to recommend improvements. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, supports treasury modernization and operating model redesign, develops governance and reporting, manages vendor escalations, and oversees communications, training, and adoption strategies. Requires a four-year degree, substantial general experience, and specialized Treasury Management or project management experience.

Executes SOX compliance planning, scoping, control assessments, risk evaluations, SOC reviews, deficiency remediation, certifications, and reporting. Partners with control owners, auditors, risk management, and business leaders to maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting. Coordinates user access reviews, ERM and fraud-related assessments, accounting business continuity planning, training, policies, and quarterly SOX committee activities.

Handles inbound customer and employee telephone inquiries for deposit, loan, debit card, online banking, mobile banking, and BillPay services. Resolves account maintenance and service issues, provides product information, identifies fraud risks, recommends relevant financial products, and refers account-opening opportunities to Personal Bankers. Supports branch operations, sales initiatives, staff training, and may serve as shift lead during evening and weekend hours.
