Lead and grow the Inland Marine line by setting underwriting strategy, pricing, and portfolio standards. Oversee middle-market builders risk, contractors equipment, transportation, fine arts, and specialty property products. Collaborate with actuarial, claims, sales, and reinsurers, drive digital modernization, mentor underwriting teams, monitor market trends, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering profitable growth and stakeholder reporting.

Chase, monitor and report overdue insurance premiums, reduce aged debt and maximise cashflow. Use X-changing systems and reporting, investigate cash allocations, validate booking of outstanding premium, prepare weekly reports, and build relationships with brokers and internal underwriting teams.

Support Energy underwriting by evaluating risk, rating and quoting GL, Auto, XS and WC accounts. Enter new and renewal data, perform pre-underwriting (loss analysis, MVRs, D&B), prepare quotes/binders/endorsements, service bound accounts, respond to brokers, and coordinate with accounting, operations, TPAs and claims.

Lead Middle Market D&O and EPL claims handling: evaluate coverage and liability, manage end-to-end claims processes and reserves, mentor and develop junior staff, collaborate with underwriters/brokers and external experts, drive client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, improve claims operations and financial performance, and represent the company externally.

Manage and oversee commercial auto property damage and bodily injury claims handled by Third Party Administrators (TPAs). Review loss trends, approve TPA fees, prepare high-exposure management reports, negotiate case dispositions, interface with underwriting, and support reinsurance and subrogation activities. Provide client and internal stakeholder service and lead claim file reviews.

Support Marine claims processing and modernization: receive and assess FNOL, process escalated claims in Five Sigma, research policy/client data, forward mail to TPAs, issue acknowledgements, run UAT, generate loss runs/reports, provide admin support, perform quality reviews and peer training.

Manage global HR transactions and records in Workday, support onboarding and I-9 completion, coordinate with payroll, generate and analyze reports, assist with system upgrades and audits, and improve HR processes while maintaining confidentiality.

Support centralized Procure-to-Pay operations including supplier evaluation, purchase order creation and processing, contract ingestion into ERP, spend analysis and reporting, supplier relationship management, user helpdesk support, SOP development, training, compliance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
