Leads corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, rate-setting support, and executive reporting. Manages financial models and ERP-based planning processes, ensures reporting integrity, and recommends process improvements. Oversees assigned staff through coaching, performance management, succession planning, and development while supporting operating and capital planning decisions.

Leads enterprise security strategy, risk assessments, remediation planning, security technology implementation, policy administration, vendor contracts, and executive reporting across cyber, operational technology, and physical security. Manages and mentors the enterprise security team, promotes security awareness, researches solutions, and advises executive leadership and the Board on security risks and investments.

Provides confidential executive-level administrative support to the Executive Vice President and legal department. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, correspondence, briefing materials, action tracking, stakeholder communications, legal records management, Freedom of Information requests, document execution, planning, prioritization, and special projects. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, strong organization, and excellent communication skills.
