The Director of Procurement - EPC leads the procurement strategy and oversees a team to manage procurement for renewable energy projects, ensuring cost-effective, bankable, and compliant contracts throughout the project lifecycle.

Supports project managers with planning, scheduling, budgets, reporting, risk tracking, stakeholder coordination, document control, data analysis, meetings, process improvement, and project close-out for utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Supports project controls for utility-scale renewable energy projects by monitoring schedules, costs, forecasts, risks, performance metrics, and deliverables. Assists with reporting, dashboards, earned value management, change tracking, documentation, project reviews, and process improvements while coordinating with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, and finance teams.

Supports the IT team with business systems, infrastructure, dashboards, reporting, data analysis, system performance monitoring, technology projects, documentation, and process improvements. The intern collaborates with cross-functional teams, evaluates technology solutions, analyzes datasets using Excel and business intelligence tools, and presents findings and recommendations to management.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI analysis, and strategic business planning for renewable energy operations. The intern will prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations; analyze financial and operational data; track costs and investments; maintain reporting tools; and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Operations, Development, Engineering, and Commercial functions.

Supports U.S. tax compliance across sales/use, property, and corporate taxes. Maintains filing calendars, prepares returns, reconciles tax accounts, reviews transaction taxability, manages registrations and exemption certificates, coordinates audits and third-party tax work, and researches incentives and tax credits. Provides tax guidance to internal teams and supports tax accounting, provisions, and compliance activities. The role is hybrid in Houston and requires collaboration with internal departments and external advisors.

Supports Facilities and Process Engineering teams with surface facility design, process simulations, equipment sizing, project execution, cost estimation, data analysis, and field development planning for upstream oil and gas assets. The intern assists with PFDs, P&IDs, project documentation, facility optimization, field verification, and cross-functional collaboration while gaining hands-on experience in active energy operations.

Supports the Planning and Performance Management Team with financial reporting, analysis, PowerPoint presentations, financial modeling, benchmarking, budgeting, forecasting, and Power BI report development. The intern works on a supervised summer project, collaborates with colleagues, analyzes data, and presents project results. The role is onsite in The Woodlands, Texas, for 12 continuous weeks.

Supports completion engineers with project activities, data compilation and basic analysis, technical reports, presentations, and documentation. Participates in engineering reviews and cross-functional collaboration with drilling, geology, subsurface, production, and HSE teams. Follows safety procedures, completes an assigned internship project, and presents findings at the program’s conclusion.

Provide senior legal support for renewables M&A, joint ventures, tax equity financing, corporate governance, entity formation, shareholder transitions, and cross-functional transactions. Draft, negotiate, and manage transactional and governance documents while advising on corporate structure, compliance, and risk mitigation.
