The Senior Operations Assistant manages servicing reinsurance contracts, coordinates special projects, processes accounts, ensures compliance, and liaises with clients.

Lead complex technical initiatives, design scalable architectures, resolve cross-system issues, run post-mortems, mentor developers, drive CI/CD and cloud infrastructure improvements, and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders.
