Lead business analysis for security and resilience initiatives across Australia’s critical payments systems (RITS, FSS, SWIFT). Elicit and document business and technical requirements, translate security/regulatory needs into actionable specs, run stakeholder workshops, maintain BRDs, user stories, traceability, and support ISO27001/SWIFT CSP compliance and vulnerability remediation across projects.

Provide coordination and business support to the Technology Strategy, Risk and Performance section: manage meetings, prepare papers and presentations, track actions, support reporting and governance, assist onboarding and team administration, and improve coordination practices.

Lead technical implementation of functional test automation across complex payments systems. Design, develop and execute automated tests and frameworks, maintain test artefacts, enforce testing standards, expand automation coverage, support UAT environments, and champion quality improvements within an Agile/Waterfall context.

Provide commercial legal advice on payments, financial markets, banking, payment systems infrastructure, and related regulatory matters. Draft legal documents, assess legal risks, advise senior leaders, and manage competing priorities within a collaborative legal team.

Lead and manage delivery of national payments system operations, ensuring high availability, incident management, resilience testing, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership across a 24/7 team.

Deliver and improve enterprise monitoring, automation, scheduling and scripting to ensure operational readiness. Provide 2nd level support, configure monitoring and scheduler tools, create PowerShell scripts and APIs, maintain system documentation, and support incident and problem resolution with continuous improvement.
