Administer builder's risk and property programs, coordinate insurance transitions, support lender diligence, negotiate coverages, analyze loss trends, recommend solutions, mentor junior staff, and deliver training while partnering with Legal, Finance, Real Estate, EHS, Procurement, brokers, and insurers.

Lead corporate public and analyst relations to build QTS's brand and reputation. Develop data-driven PR and go-to-market strategies, manage media and analyst relations, craft content and crisis communications, support executive and employer-brand campaigns, track metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging.

Leads enterprise business continuity and disaster recovery planning, business impact analyses, risk assessments, recovery strategies, compliance alignment, emergency notifications, crisis management, and tabletop exercises. Partners with business units, IT, facilities, executives, and third parties to maintain resilience plans, assess supplier continuity, manage emergency communication platforms, support incident response, and improve the corporate resilience program. Also guides less experienced staff and technical teams.
