The Grain Originator will manage procurement of grain, oversee logistics, client relations, and conduct market forecasting while working collaboratively with regional teams.

The Manager, Commercial FP&A leads financial planning and forecasting, partners with leadership on growth initiatives, and develops FP&A talent. Responsibilities include performance management, KPI establishment, and cross-functional financial partnership to support business scalability, ensuring data integrity and improved processes.

Deliver market, cost, margin, customer, and competitor insights; build business cases and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations to drive profitable growth and implement the annual operating plan.

Serve as primary customer contact for order-to-invoice account management. Manage orders, export documentation, EDI transactions, shipments, claims/returns, and customer portals. Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Transportation, and Production Planning to resolve issues, monitor reports, and escalate urgent matters to management.

Partner with business leaders to lead FP&A processes including forecasting, budgeting, scenario and sensitivity analysis. Deliver variance analysis, KPIs, financial models, and executive dashboards to drive decision-making and operational improvements.

Manage strategic customer accounts to drive growth: build relationships, negotiate agreements, develop/execute account plans, forecast volumes, maintain pipeline, update Salesforce CRM, and collaborate cross-functionally. Role requires complex near- and long-term forecasting and up to 50% travel.

Provide hands-on HR support at the Lafayette, IN site, managing employee relations, investigations, recruitment and onboarding, terminations, HR data and reporting, policy compliance, ERGs, event planning, and training to support employee engagement and development.

Lead application support for manufacturing-critical systems, manage a global support team, oversee upgrades, integrations, vendor SLAs, and incident escalation. Ensure ITIL-aligned processes, audit/compliance readiness, system performance optimization, and collaboration with business stakeholders and Strategy teams to prioritize and improve application reliability.

Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for Supply Chain and Procurement. Drive budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, savings tracking, capital and project analysis, and compliance with financial controls. Provide strategic decision support, executive-ready communications, and lead/coach the Operations Finance CoE team.
