Leads the technical direction, delivery, lifecycle, and operational excellence of Sapiens IDIT and related insurance platforms. Responsibilities include managing enhancements, upgrades, integrations, vendors, technical roadmaps, risks, technical debt, releases, deployments, incidents, security, governance, budgets, licensing, and modernization. Partners with Product Owners, architects, engineers, business stakeholders, and implementation partners to deliver secure, scalable, reliable, and sustainable platforms.

Support underwriting management by monitoring portfolio exposures, ensuring data quality, producing exposure and portfolio reports, delivering insights for planning and forecasting, and collaborating with underwriters, actuaries and developers to improve reporting, governance and analytical capability.

Lead development and improvement of supplier relationship management and third-party risk frameworks across MSIG Europe. Advise stakeholders on supplier performance, governance, and regulatory compliance (including DORA). Manage supplier lifecycle, scorecards, KPIs, QSRs, service improvement plans, regulatory reporting, and cross-border procurement initiatives while collaborating with IT, Legal, Cyber/InfoSec and business teams.

Lead security governance, risk, compliance, and assurance for MSIG Specialty Marine. Translate group CISO policies locally, own the security control framework, oversee security operations (internal teams and external SOC), govern cloud, identity and endpoint security, manage third-party and resilience requirements, and oversee secure software development and DevSecOps practices while engaging senior leadership and auditors.

Provide technical pricing support for a Marine insurance portfolio: develop, validate and deploy pricing models, support case pricing and renewals, monitor portfolio performance, deliver pricing insights and liaise with underwriting and other actuarial teams.

Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives for MSIG Europe, aligning business and IT, managing scope/time/budget, vendor selection (RFP), stakeholder engagement, risk/issue control, and benefit realisation across cross-functional teams.

Lead development and execution of the Liability class strategy, manage a 16-person underwriting team, oversee underwriting, pricing, product development, portfolio management, re-underwriting, stakeholder relations and knowledge sharing to achieve commercial and financial targets for local and multinational liability accounts.

Lead MSIG Europes corporate communications and marketing across European markets: develop and execute campaigns, create internal/external content, manage website and intranet, support events and stakeholder engagement, monitor media trends, and report on performance.
