Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing bids and negotiations, analyzing costs and supplier data, ensuring contract compliance, mitigating supply risks, improving supplier performance, and delivering cost savings. The role partners with operations and business units, manages supplier relationships, supports continuity objectives, and uses supply chain systems and performance metrics.

Manages the full lifecycle of Direct Dealer Contracts, including drafting, review, execution, transfers, renewals, financing requests, compliance, risk mitigation, recordkeeping, reporting, and audits. Partners with Legal, Credit, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and policy-aligned contracts while improving contract management processes and maintaining contractual obligations.

Manages diverse engineering projects for pipeline, terminal, and marine facilities from concept through commissioning and close-out. Responsibilities include coordinating project resources and schedules, supporting design reviews, preparing bid requests, evaluating proposals, troubleshooting operations, leading safety meetings, applying management-of-change procedures, and participating in HAZOP, PHA, and PSSR reviews. The role requires collaboration across departments, strong safety leadership, and travel up to 35% under a hybrid schedule.

Leads the Total Quality Management function for enterprise data products, embedding quality, compliance, governance, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle. Manages staff, establishes quality frameworks and reusable testing practices, oversees SOX and control testing, coordinates cross-functional reviews, and maintains dashboards and KPIs. Partners with Data Governance, Internal Audit, IT Compliance, and delivery teams to improve data product reliability, security, operational readiness, and compliance.

Administers, develops, integrates, and optimizes the Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration platform. Responsibilities include identity lifecycle management, access governance, provisioning automation, certifications, SoD controls, reporting, platform troubleshooting, system integrations, compliance support, disaster recovery, and technical documentation. The role partners with cybersecurity, audit, compliance, application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable IAM solutions.
