Lead and manage a software engineering team (front-end, back-end, full-stack) to design, build, secure, and deliver cloud-native solutions. Drive agile/DevSecOps practices, migrate monoliths, build APIs, align engineering roadmaps with business goals, manage hiring, performance, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

Coordinates and negotiates contracts for the IT organization, partnering with Supply Chain, Law, Tax, Insurance, Cybersecurity, and other stakeholders. Develops turnaround plans, reviews Primavera P6 schedules and work documentation, facilitates progress meetings, monitors field execution and punch lists, verifies work quality, applies contract terms, and ensures projects meet schedule and budget targets.

Provides operating-unit support for refinery process control systems, including monitoring performance, troubleshooting hardware and software, managing system lifecycle activities, coordinating vendors, leading management of change, and supporting capital projects. The role performs system upgrades, incident investigations, application support, training, documentation, reliability improvements, and process-control standards development. It requires occasional extended-hours and emergency response, refinery-site access, on-call availability, up to 10% travel, and a valid driver’s license.

Provides troubleshooting and technical support for rotating and fixed equipment. Applies reliability analytics, failure evaluations, and cost analysis to improve equipment performance. Develops project requests with financial justification, supports decision packages, champions Management of Change activities, establishes equipment monitoring plans and control limits, and verifies repairs meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Provide mechanical and technical support for refinery operating area; develop and manage engineering and construction projects from scope and estimates through commissioning; review equipment and vendor drawings; support MOC, PHAs, HAZOPs, incident investigations, and temporary repairs to ensure safety and compliance.

Supports enterprise cybersecurity capabilities across applications, data, AI tools, and cloud environments. Assists with risk identification, security assessments, audits, compliance evidence, governance, metrics, controls, and resolution of technical issues. Collaborates with stakeholders to improve security outcomes, maintain operational reliability, provide cybersecurity guidance, and evaluate emerging technologies and roadmaps.

Develops, formulates, optimizes, and supports asphalt and heavy oil products, including binders, emulsions, hot mix asphalt, and roofing asphalt. Oversees quality control, investigates quality incidents, resolves customer technical issues, monitors industry innovations, supports production and capital projects, and collaborates with internal teams, government agencies, and industry groups. Requires strong technical communication and up to 20% travel.

Perform vendor account reconciliations, resolve open invoices, support general ledger and GRIR reconciliations, prepare journal entries and financial schedules, assist audits, document processes, and identify process improvements while collaborating with stakeholders.
