Leads on-site IT and OT operations for an oil refinery, managing staff, projects, cybersecurity, networks, systems reliability, vendors, and digital transformation. Oversees SCADA, DCS, and PLC environments while ensuring compliance, incident response, asset lifecycle management, field connectivity, and adoption of emerging technologies such as IoT, edge computing, and digital twins.

Schedules and coordinates LPG movements across pipeline, vessel, truck, and rail networks. Monitors inventories, vessel progress, terminal readiness, documentation, customs requirements, and contractual obligations. Works with trading, marine operations, terminals, counterparties, and regional scheduling teams to resolve disruptions, optimize schedules, control logistics costs, and support cargo reconciliation. Prepares status reports, manages handovers, tracks discrepancies, and identifies process improvements while following safety, environmental, and trade compliance procedures.

Designs and optimizes refinery processes, including process simulations, equipment sizing, hydraulic analysis, energy optimization, PFDs, P&IDs, and economic evaluations. Collaborates with project engineers, operations, and vendors; supports HAZOPs, LOPA studies, construction, commissioning, and project execution. The role also provides technical leadership, ensures compliance with industry standards, and mentors less experienced engineers.

Leads strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, releases, and adoption for digital products supporting natural gas and natural gas liquids operations. Partners with Operations, Reliability, Engineering, Data Analytics, AI, and Agile teams to deliver operational intelligence, predictive maintenance, and asset performance solutions. Translates field and business needs into product requirements, epics, user stories, measurable outcomes, and prioritized initiatives while using customer research and quantitative data to guide decisions.

Leads the Digital Pipeline Product Line for Midstream Digital, setting product strategy, roadmaps, and technology direction across logistics, storage, natural gas, and NGL capabilities. Oversees digital product lifecycles, cross-functional delivery, cybersecurity, reliability, budgets, vendors, change management, and stakeholder partnerships. Manages and develops technology teams while driving innovation, operational improvement, governance, and adoption of digital solutions aligned with business objectives.

Provides technical and reliability engineering support for refinery instrumentation, analyzers, control valves, and control and protective systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex failures, analyzing reliability trends, developing maintenance strategies, managing improvement projects, reviewing turnaround scopes, maintaining SIS specifications, supporting capital projects, and ensuring repairs meet engineering and industry standards. The role requires field work, refinery PPE, shutdown support, and on-call availability.

Develop and manage commercial sourcing and contracting initiatives for the Midstream business unit. Responsibilities include creating bid packages, negotiating agreements, analyzing proposals and total cost of ownership, conducting market benchmarks, managing supplier relationships, reducing supply chain risk, ensuring contract compliance, and identifying cost savings. The role collaborates with legal, stakeholders, category management, and suppliers while supporting business continuity and supplier performance.
