The role is onsite in Carson, California, requires refinery field work and PPE, occasional after-hours calls, and travel of 5% or less.

Lead design and implementation of infrastructure automation, IaC, CI/CD, SRE, and DevSecOps. Drive platform standards, performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and complex troubleshooting. Partners with enterprise IT and business stakeholders to maintain critical SCADA, DCS, and PLC systems while supporting technology roadmaps, innovation, continuous improvement, and workforce development.

Leads Commercial Credit operations, including accounts receivable collections, customer credit risk assessment, master data governance, payment dispute resolution, and financial processing. Manages credit decisions, collection strategies, process improvement, KPIs, bad debt reporting, budget activities, SOX compliance, audits, and cross-functional relationships while protecting liquidity and optimizing working capital.
