Provide customer service and sales support for assigned accounts: manage orders from receipt to delivery, handle order changes and escalations, process complaints, support inbound ACD calls, and assist with quality procedures and product knowledge.

Plan and oversee equipment, office, and production layouts; conduct operations studies to maximize workflow and space utilization; design and manage capital projects; support equipment feasibility, supplier selection, and new equipment installation; implement process changes to improve efficiency and ensure safety. Frequent travel and occasional lifting required.

Coordinate routing, shipping, and tracking of inbound and outbound orders; schedule freight pickups; work with Operations and Scheduling to ensure timely shipments; select cost-effective transport options; resolve delivery issues; maintain yard and trailer schedules; assist waste tracking and disposal; prepare business reports and maintain logistics knowledge.

Generate new business and expand customer base across an assigned territory through territory and account planning, consultative selling, customer visits, and collaboration with sales and product teams. Drive revenue and margin growth, broaden presence in existing accounts, convert competitors, and support sales initiatives while managing company assets and providing high-quality customer service.

Prepare and verify bills and invoices, manage billing and credit/debit memos, support month-end closing and GL reconciliations, maintain SAP tax exemption tables, audit order entry for tax accuracy, use invoice processing portals, and maintain customer billing relationships. English communication required.

Lead and deliver multiple strategic Turnkey Services projects by managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Develop PMO standards, perform quantitative/qualitative analysis to drive margin and growth, support new business onboarding, and implement continuous improvement and project governance.

Lead a finance operations team to deliver financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering for Menasha Packaging's Services network. Drive budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, cost-savings initiatives, and performance insight for senior operations leaders. Build financial discipline, improve reporting and systems, support cross-functional projects, and develop talent to enable profitable growth and operational efficiency.
