Lead development and execution of enterprise information governance strategy, policies, and programs. Oversee records lifecycle, retention, legal holds, eDiscovery coordination, AI/data governance, risk reduction, vendor and technology management, cross-functional partnerships, training, and team leadership to ensure regulatory and client compliance.

Support firm Strategy & Marketing by executing business development plans for assigned practices: create and customize pitch materials, monitor news for opportunities, assist lateral partner onboarding, execute follow-up for events and thought leadership, and coordinate BD initiatives with lawyers and colleagues.

Support the eDiscovery lifecycle by processing, loading, validating, and maintaining client data in Axcelerate and other review platforms. Perform QC, troubleshoot imports, manage data inventories and chain of custody, prepare review databases, assist productions, and improve workflows while supporting review teams and ensuring defensible eDiscovery practices.

Lead pricing strategy and analytics for a law firm: manage pricing analysts, build financial and pricing models, develop alternative fee arrangements, maintain pricing databases and metrics, support partner pricing conversations, track market trends, and improve pricing processes and reporting.

Coordinate and track generative AI initiatives, translating AI leadership priorities into project plans, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications, and ensuring alignment with governance and responsible AI practices across IT and business teams.

Support preparation and analysis of pricing proposals, AFAs, matter budgets and profitability. Maintain pricing databases and rate cards, run reports from Aderant and pricing tools, build models and visualizations, streamline workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to support rate-setting and billing administration.

The Staff Accountant will perform general accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and tax calculations. They will analyze financial data and assist in audits.
