Provides front-desk and telephone coverage, greets and registers visitors, directs calls, coordinates office vendors and maintenance, manages supplies, processes premium payments, and performs clerical tasks. Maintains lobby standards, supports emergency communication, protects confidential health information under HIPAA, and assists other departments as needed. Requires a high school diploma, typing and 10-key skills, and preferably one year of reception or multiline telephone experience.

Develops, administers, and maintains compensation programs; conducts job analysis, wage grade design, salary benchmarking, and internal equity analysis. Advises management on pay decisions, ensures compliance with federal/state laws, manages compensation data in Workday, conducts salary surveys, supports HR partners, and leads compensation projects to attract and retain talent.

Lead and optimize risk adjustment data submissions (CMS, HCCs, HEDIS), develop and maintain reporting, validate data integrity, oversee vendors, support audits (RADV), mentor analysts, and recommend process improvements to maximize risk scores and quality payments.
