Provides first-line HR support to UK employees and People Leaders, managing Workday queries, HR administration, pay-related processing, employee data updates, recruitment support, and policy guidance. Produces HR metrics, identifies trends, improves processes, maintains work instructions, and collaborates with HR teams including Employee Relations, Resourcing, Workday, and Learning & Development. The role is hybrid in Southampton and initially offered as a six-month fixed-term contract.

Provides technical and administrative support for business operations, including maintaining accurate and GDPR-compliant data, managing records and documentation, validating and distributing information, supporting billing and performance reporting, and coordinating delivery-plan activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage the lifecycle and performance of Networks data products, define product strategy and roadmaps, lead cross-functional delivery, engage users and stakeholders, use customer insight and KPIs to prioritise development and drive product value.

Manage the in‑life NUAR service: gather user insight, own the roadmap, prioritise and coordinate service enhancements across customer, technology and operations teams to improve adoption, performance and stability.

Lead delivery of complex public sector agreements, owning performance, governance, risk and stakeholder relationships. Act as primary customer contact, drive improvement using data, coordinate cross-functional teams, produce clear reporting, and ensure contractual KPIs and compliance are met to deliver public-sector outcomes.
