The Senior Analyst will produce performance reports, develop dashboards, support digitized reporting, and deliver data-driven analysis for Global Credit portfolios.

Lead implementation of OMERS Sustainable Investing Framework across the portfolio by conducting research, monitoring industry and regulatory developments, supporting stewardship and climate initiatives, preparing briefings and reports for senior leaders, participating in industry collaborations, and contributing to internal and external sustainability reporting.

Supports regulatory compliance and ethics activities for private equity and private capital businesses. Responsibilities include transaction diligence, anti-money laundering and anti-bribery assessments, compliance monitoring, training, reporting to senior management and the board, and policy development and administration. The role also provides compliance-related transaction support to legal and investment deal teams and coordinates with business, finance, legal, HR, and IT stakeholders.

Provides confidential administrative and executive support to two Managing Directors and their infrastructure investments team. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, travel arrangements, expense processing, preparation of reports and presentations, confidential file administration, stakeholder communication, project assistance, and office duties. The role requires discretion, strong organization, customer service, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and flexibility in a fast-paced international environment.

Supports enterprise FP&A through consolidated budgeting, quarterly forecasting, performance reporting, scenario analysis, return calculations, and variance analysis. Prepares executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and narratives for Oxford’s Executive Committee and OMERS. Partners with global finance and investment teams to evaluate business drivers, risks, and opportunities. Contributes to FP&A modernization through driver-based planning, standardized KPIs, automation, AI-enabled analysis, and Power BI reporting while maintaining reporting tools and completing ad hoc analyses.

Support and monitor production automations and AI-enabled workflows (UiPath, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry). Perform incident triage, root-cause analysis, deployments, credential and access management, collaborate with infrastructure/security teams, and maintain runbooks and operational documentation.

Lead SRE role responsible for monitoring, incident response, and supporting Azure-based developer platforms across DEV/UAT/PROD. Duties include troubleshooting, CI/CD support (GitHub Actions), access and networking administration, observability with Datadog/Azure Monitor, runbook and automation development, onboarding teams, and continuous reliability improvements.

Lead hands-on design, prototype, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, agents). Build MLOps/LLMOps pipelines, integrate vector DBs, ensure observability and governance, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers to move projects from prototype to production.
