Administer and resolve Section 37C death-claim payment queries end-to-end, ensuring compliance with legislation and governance. Manage case files, reconciliations, stakeholder engagement, and update workflow systems (AWD, BANCS, BIZAGI, CMOS, EMS, Omunet, Outlook) to meet SLAs and audit readiness.

Lead end-to-end GAP and Section 37C death-claims operations, ensuring compliant, timely, accurate claim validation, investigation, allocation and payment. Sell Old Mutual products, meet lending and collections targets, educate clients on credit and money management, generate leads and pipeline, provide face-to-face and telephonic service, build relationships and intra-branch referrals, and comply with regulatory and company governance.
