Manage marketing communications for product launches, trade shows, webinars, conferences, and customer events. Analyze performance through dashboards and reporting, optimize paid search and digital media initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and partners to improve engagement, lead generation, and business growth.

Analyze business performance, profitability, forecasts, budgets, costs, reserves, and financial projections. Partner with commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to provide actionable insights, evaluate business cases, resolve SAP and BI data inconsistencies, support reporting and closing processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and transfer pricing requirements.

Define and deliver enterprise data strategy and architecture, including data models, governance standards, cloud platforms, integration frameworks, APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and streaming solutions. Partner with business, engineering, analytics, security, and application teams to ensure data is trusted, secure, accessible, and scalable. Evaluate emerging technologies, support AI and analytics capabilities, and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Lead Arxada’s global ICFR maturity roadmap, including financial control design, testing, remediation, documentation, and Delegation of Authority assurance. Partner with Finance and business leaders to strengthen controls, optimize systems and methodologies, improve evidence collection, and identify AI and automation opportunities. Manage external compliance-testing providers, educate control owners, maintain risk libraries, and support Internal Audit initiatives.

Own commercial performance for assigned specialty chemical business units in India, achieving sales, profitability, growth, and working-capital targets. Develop strategic account plans, strengthen customer and distributor relationships, identify new business opportunities, and maintain CRM pipelines. Monitor markets, competitors, regulations, and technology trends while providing forecasts and insights. Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, R&D, and Operations on product development, pricing, supply priorities, launches, and strategic initiatives. Frequent travel is required.

Lead design, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of process control and automation systems (PLC/HMI/DCS/SCADA). Partner with production, engineering, maintenance, and EHS to drive reliability, safety, quality, and efficiency. Support capital projects from concept through commissioning, lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis, develop control system standards and validation records, mentor junior engineers, and ensure regulatory and industrial cybersecurity compliance.
