Supports product designers across equipment, travel, and hunting/fishing categories. Responsibilities include developing seasonal color palettes, concept boards, trend presentations, visual line plans, fabric and trim libraries, surface patterns, print and packaging graphics, and color cards. The role manages design-related tools and systems, coordinates with mills and cross-functional partners, assists with meetings and fit sessions, and conducts market research. The position is preferred onsite two to four days per week in Freeport, Maine.

Designs, develops, configures, tests and supports SAP solutions (primarily ABAP/SAP ECC). Leads technical design, integration, vendor collaboration, full lifecycle testing, production support, and mentors junior staff. Provides on-call support and ensures compliance with security and development standards.
